‘Cas’ and ‘Jonesy’ spent 89 days pushing themselves to the very limits of mental and physical pain in one of the planet’s most unpredictable and harshest environments. The duo completed their trek just in time for the last flight out of Antarctica for the season. Suffering from severe sleep and food deprivation the boys experienced hallucinations, continuous fatigue and painful injuries.
