Brisbane Tandem Skydiving

Experience the thrill Tandem skydiving near Brisbane Queensland and get ready for an adventure that will have you plummeting towards the ground at around speeds of 350kph. This tandem skydiving experience is definitely one to tick off your list of life experiences!

Nothing will raise your adrenalin level like a tandem skydive jump out of an airplane harnessed to your instructor, at between 8,000 feet and 12,000 feet. You will experience the breathtaking exhilaration of a 50 second freefall, followed by a peaceful four minute parachute ride under a parachute built for two.

You and your instructor board the plane and climb to a jump altitude between 8,000 - 14,000 feet. Then you and your instructor harnessed together simultaneously exit the plane, and freefall together for 60 seconds, reaching speeds of up to 350kph. At 5000 feet your instructor pulls the ripcord activating the dual controlled tandem parachute, which is then followed by a peaceful four minute parachute ride down to earth.

You will be instructed in landing procedures while descending, resulting in your assistance with steering the parachute in for a soft accurate landing. Photos and DVDs can be purchased on the day.

Our dropzone is located at approximately 50 minutes drive from Brisbane. We are able to provide transfers if you require. This can be arranged once your booking has been made.

For tandem skydiving the maximum weight is 90kgs. The minimum age is 14 years, however we do require written parental consent under 18 years. A medical certificate is not required but your instructor will assess your suitability.

We require you to sign a waiver prior to jumping. In case of bad weather and your jump is postponed, an alternate date to jump will be organised with you.

Safety: Our equipment and training meets and exceeds standards set by the Civil Aviation Authority, the Australian Parachute Federation and the Federation Aeronautique Internationale (FAI).
