Just one hour south of Sydney, Stanwell Park is one of the most amazing settings for a tandem hang gliding experience anyone could dream of.

Our Tandem Hang Gliding flight is an amazing way to introduce people to the freedom of free-flight. The onshore breeze reflecting off of the Illawarra coastal mountain range at Stanwell Tops produces world-class conditions for soaring!

The only anxious part of a tandem hang gliding flight is... the anticipation. Every passenger actually relaxes as soon as theyve left the ground! It is not a falling or hanging sensation.  It feels like FLYING.

A Tandem Hang Gliding flight involves...

• Basic ground school - 15 minutes briefing with your hang gliding instructor
• Set UP - 15 minutes
• The LAUNCH: You take off side-by-side with your hang gliding instructor!
• The FLIGHT: What a way to see the world. Youll get to fly above Standwell Park for approx. 25 minutes
• The LANDING: Possibly the most exhilarating part!
• Pack UP... relax, and chat. - 30 minutes

WHERE DO YOU FLY FROM?

Just one hour south of Sydney Australia, we fly from the historic flying site of Bald Hill, Stanwell Park, at the southern tip of the Sydney Royal National Park. This magnificent Australian East Coast mountain range offers world class flying. If youre ever going to hang gliding, this is the spot!

RESTRICTIONS
A tandem hang gliding flight is easily accessible for all ages and abilities. Ages 5 to 92 have flown with us! Breath-taking and exciting, but is not physically demanding, your pilot does all the work. You will view this beautiful part of the world from a rare and unique perspective. here is a maximum weight limit of 100kg.

WEATHER
Hang gliding is a weather dependent activity. In the case of poor weather conditions we may need to reschedule your experience for a later date. You should call at 8am on the morning of your flight to confirm your booking.
