Sydney Harbour Guided Kayaking Tour and Lunch

The Sydney Harbour Guided Kayak Tour is suitable for beginners or advanced kayakers. Three and half to four hour experience including kayak tuition, paddling and lunch break.

Our kayaks are state-of-the-art dagger sea kayaks, they are extremely stable and the chances of a capsize are very remote. You will be wearing a PFD (lifejacket) at all times and the kayaks are virtually unsinkable due to their airtight compartments.

What's Included:

This kayaking tour is fully guided by our professional kayaking guide. Includes kayak & life jacket hire, kayak and safety instruction. We provide gourmet lunch and refreshments.

What to Bring:

To ensure you keep well hydrated, please bring at least 1.5 litres of drinking water. We also recommend a hat and sunscreen and if you want to enjoy the beach, bring your swimming costume and a towel. A life jacket will be provided for you. It's a good idea to bring a towel and change of clothes for after the kayak.

What to Wear:

You will get wet when kayaking so please wear comfortable lightweight clothes (no jeans), wear a hat and crocs or shoes which can get wet. Bring your swimming costume if you would like to enjoy a swim.

Winter Paddles: We run kayaking tours all year round. We will provide you with spray skirts which keep you warm and stop you getting wet from paddle splash. Please wear a wet weather jacket to keep you warm and dry on top.

Fitness Level:

This is a 3.5-4 hour social paddle, suitable for all persons of reasonable fitness from beginners to advanced. If you are unsure that your fitness level is suitable for this event, please contact us using the form below, to qualify your ability.

Times & Duration:

This is a half day kayak between 3.5-4 hours duration. Meet time at the harbour is at 10.30am. Sydney Hotel Pickups are at approximately 10.00am. Finish time will be at approximately 3.00pm. Arrival time back at your hotel will be approximately 3.30pm.

Weather Conditions: Rain will not affect the operation of our activities, infact some of the best kayaking conditions are during rain. However strong winds may cause cancellation of our activities. If winds do look like they will affect the tour we will call you to discuss options, as we are a mobile kayak business we have some excellent alternative locations that are sheltered from the wind.

Sydney Hotel Pick-Up

Rather than hassle with unfamiliar public transport, why not let the operator pick you up from your hotel and drop you off at the end of the day. Transfer are available for just $18 extra per person from any hotel in the Sydney CBD or Manly area.
