Private Sailing Lesson – Dinghy Sailing on Sydney Harbour

Spend an hour perfecting your skills in dinghy sailing boats on Sydney Harbour from Balmoral Beach. This Private Sailing Lesson in our dinghy sailing boat is a great way to introducing yourself to sailing privately, or using the skills and knowledge of our instructors to improve an area of your sailing technique.

The advantage of a private lesson is that it is tailored exactly to your needs, so whether you want to learn from scratch or have a particular skill you are trying to master, this course can help.

We supply all the equipment and buoyancy aids. Wetsuits are also available if needed.

DURATION:
Private Dinghy sailing lessons are available all year round. Please allow 1 hour for the experience, and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the specified lesson time. Please book at least 3 days in advance of your preferred date.

RESTRICTIONS:
You must be a confident swimmer in order to participate in this experience. We supply all the equipment and buoyancy aids. Wetsuits are also available if needed.

WHAT TO BRING:

• T-shirt/Lycra Top to sail in or a long sleeve t-shirt (helps protect from the sun)
• Hat
• Wetsuit – we have a small selection available on a first come first served basis
• Sunglasses – all glasses should be secured with a strap
• Something warm i.e. jumper or sweatshirt to change into at lunchtime
• Towel
• Water bottle
• Old trainers – if you want to wear footwear – this is NOT compulsory
• High Factor Sun cream/sun block

WEATHER:
This experience is weather dependant. In the event of poor weather conditions, such as strong tides, lightning or no wind, we reserve will cancel your experience and reschedule it for a later date. Rescheduled courses will be organised directly with the operator on the day.
