Kayak Tour of Cape Naturaliste – 2 Hours

Explore the awesome landscape of the Cape Naturaliste region by kayak. Located at Dunsborough, 3 hours south of Perth in the heart of WA’s South-West, you will paddle your kayak on the pristine waters of Geograph Bay or the tranquil inland river systems.

View the abundance of marine and bird life. Pause in secluded bays, have a snorkel or just relax and enjoy the simply spectacular vistas.

To start your kayak experience, we will meet you in the secluded Bay of Meelup Beach at 9.30am, where your professional guide will provide a short briefing of the tour ahead. During the briefing, you will be issued with a life jacket, paddle and ocean kayak.

We will then proceed to kayak along the Cape. During the tour, you will be able to see the spectacular wildlife that surrounds the area.

After your break, head into the water for a swim, snorkel or just relax in your own private bay.

On the way back, we will once again kayak to explore the many stunning bays that the region has to offer.

Tours are for first time paddlers or the inexperienced, kids as young as 10 years old can paddle. Under 10yrs can ride on doubles.

Venue: Dunsborough on WA’s south-west coast approximately 3 hours from Perth.

Tour Length: Our tour season is October to April, as this is the time with the best weather conditions. This is a 2 hour tour. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Experience and Age required: Tours are for first time paddlers or the inexperienced, kids as young as 10 years old can paddle. Under 10yrs can ride on doubles. This is an open water experience and every effort is made to maximize safety and enjoyment. You will be required to complete an indemnity form and disclose any medical or physical conditions prior to undertaking the activity.

Numbers on the day: We operate with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 16 people on the tour. The price quoted is per person.

Weather: All tours are subject to weather conditions. The tour will still operate in rain. Tours may be relocated to areas to suit participant ability and for the safety of participants. In the case of poor weather, we may need to reschedule your tour for a later date.

You will be required to complete an indemnity form on the day.
