Visit Mount Tamborine Qld
The Tamborine Mountain area includes seven national parks with a variety of subtropical rainforest.
Set in the Gold Coast hinterland 34 kilometres north west of Nerang, Mountain Tamborine towers 560 metres above the hinterland. Villages located on the mountain include Eagle Heights, North Tamborine, Mt Tamborine and Tamborine Village.
Tamborine National Park covers a large area of the mountain in several sections, with abundant rainforest, waterfalls, excellent picnic facilities and walking tracks.
The mountain hosts a myriad of galleries and displays of art and crafts, in addition to the many nurseries and restaurants. It also has some of the Gold Coast's many wineries.
