How Does our System Work?
You've found your favourite adventure from our extensive range of activities and now you want to understand how it all works. Cool!
Its a simple process to book and pay for your adventure activity. Below is a brief explanation of how you book and pay for your activity.
1. Choosing your Preferred Date
At the foot of each product page you will find a Calender section. Dates available will be highlighted and Active (ie "clickable"). Choose a date that is available.
Important not about dates: There will be times when the tour operator will have to change the booking date. This could be because the date is already booked out and we haven't been informed or weather conditions or other unforseeable circumstances will not allow the activity to proceed. Therefore we offer all dates in good faith but cannot guarantee that your date chosen will be available. You should contact the operator as soon as possible to confirm dates, times and meeting point details.
Open Date Option: Some expereinces are booked out well in advance and its not possible to run a calendar system. If you find an experience (ie jet fighter flights) that does not offer dates then you should choose the "Open Date Option". With this option you are securing your booking but will organise a suitable date with the operator directly.
Thinking of a gift? An Open Date booking is also a good option if you want to give someone a specific experience as a gift but don't want to commit to a date.
Open Dates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
2. Our Checkout Process
We use a simple check out system utilised by most shopping cart systems. You will need to register when prompted, you will be asked to confirm your purchase and you will get an oportunity to update your order if needed. Then you will supply your credit card details in a secure environment
3. Notification
Once payment has been processed you will be returned to a webpage that will be your Invoice/Booking ID. Please print this page and keep for reference. You will need to present this page to the tour operator on the day of your activity as proof of your purchase.
You will also recieve a copy of your Invoice/Booking ID via email. If you do not receive your reminder, please check all your mail folders for an email with your new password as it may have been incorrectly filed in your "Junk Email" or "Bulk" mail folder. You can also log in and view your Order History.
This Booking ID will contain information about the activity you have purchased, a booking ID number, the tour operators contact details and instructions on where to meet on the day.
We advise that you contact the Tour Operator asap after you have made your booking to confirm availability.
