Thursday 22nd November – Day Five
Don’t be fooled by the names of the places competitors will pass through; Dolphin Sands, Friendly Beaches and Sleepy Bay. Kayaking, a long bike ride and another coastal walk will challenge the tiring competitors – but perhaps the biggest challenge of all for some will be an abseil competitors will do to get themselves back to sea level after a long climb to the top of Mt Parsons.

Mt Wellington to Hobart Docks, from the mountain to the sea is the only way home, after a few minor detours.
